Summertime Fun
We seem to be having a real mixture of hot, sunny days, followed by cold and damp days. Just as nature is not quite sure ‘what’s what’, our bodies are in a similar quandary, is it shorts and t-shirt or trousers and jumpers, salad or soup!

At the Natural Food School we believe that what happens in nature is also happening within us and that ignoring the natural cycles and rhythms creates an internal stress which can lead to ill-health.
