About the Natural Food School

The Natural Food School brings together two nutrition experts who share a passion to help people enjoy the benefits (and amazing taste) of good food.
Food has a profound effect on every part of our being. It can make us feel strong and graceful, or heavy and awkward; alert and lively, or dulled and lethargic; in touch with our feelings, or disconnected and lost.

The Natural Food School runs nutrition and cooking courses to introduce you to our philosophy of nutrition, health and wellbeing.
The courses are devised and run by Carol Lee and Carol Kenward and held in the professionally equipped kitchen of Carol Lee’s 400-year-old cottage in a village near Crediton, Devon and in Carol Kenward’s ‘Natural Vitality’ kitchen near Bath. This makes for an informal atmosphere and naturally limits groups to a maximum of six on practical cooking courses and 10 on nutrition-only courses.

The courses range from pure nutrition to practical cookery courses and are run across evenings, whole days or weekends.
